You can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, an afternoon snack, or a beer while watching a Cardinals’ game on campus this summer without ever leaving the business school. Olin’s five eateries are open all summer. Here’s the schedule, from soup to nuts!

New Pub Menu:
Einstein’s is closed during this summer’s renovation of Simon Hall. The new cafe and Starbucks in Bauer Hall are under construction. But the Knight Center has several options for hungry members of the Olin community.
Knight Center Dining Hall – Summer Lunch Special – Olin faculty and staff can dine at the Knight Center for $10 when paying with cash or Bear Bucks. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 933-9400.
Knight Center Pub – The pub is open from 4 pm to 10 pm and serves food until 9 pm.
Knight Center Break-Out Menu – Items from the menu (below) can be ordered by phone and picked up at the Knight Center front desk.
Vending Machines:
Simon Hall – Due to construction in the lower level, the vending machines are now located by classroom 105.
Knight Center/Knight Hall/Bauer Hall – Vending machines serving all three builings are located where the Knight Center meets Knight/Bauer Halls on the second floor. The closest room is Knight Center 257.

The Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center celebrates the Cardinals World Series opener with baseball-themed food and décor. Come to the pub to watch the game in HD. Specials on wings and beverages throughout the Series.
Who moved the island in front of the Knight Center? Watch this new video in our Building Olin Hard Hat series for the answer. The entrance to the executive education and conference center got a make-over this month. It’s all part of the on-going construction of Knight Hall and Bauer Hall located to the east of the Knight Center.
