Can you remember life in Simon Hall before Einstein Bros. Bagels arrived in 2010?

Thanks to a student practicum that researched student hunger patterns and cravings, faculty preferences for coffee and flavors favored by staff, an Einstein Bros. franchise was opened to great fanfare two years ago.

Aramark, the company that manages the Charles F. Knight Executive Education and Conference Center for Olin, also manages the successful Einstein Bros. Bagels eatery in Simon Hall.

Happy Birthday Einstein’s!  And thanks to Russell Just for sharing his balloon-filled photos with the Blog.  Now, I’m craving a bagel and schmear!!
