She has worked in sales, research and consulting since joining the company. Last year she served as Manager of Strategy, Compliance and Awareness. Reiter says that her experience of the EMBA Program at Olin has been as good as promised.  Reiter said, “I have loved it. With financial accounting and business analytics, I can now understand from an upper management level how we run the IT Department. I tell people all the time that it’s true what they tell you in the EMBA information sessions. These are skills you’ll learn on Friday and apply on Monday. I really do use the stuff right away. I’m looking at things differently, and asking questions I wouldn’t have asked before.”

Reiter went to the University of Tulsa on a Division I Soccer scholarship and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management in three years. Her scholarship allowed her two more years of school, so she set her sights next on a Bachelor’s in Information Technology Management. She interned at Price Waterhouse Coopers and worked at Ernst & Young and Gartner before landing at Emerson in 2011.

Reiter is looking forward to seeing what happens next and she’ll be ready for the challenge.
