Dr. Robert E. Lefton, PhD, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Psychological Associates, has been named an Executive in Residence at Olin by Dean Mahendra Gupta. Dr. Lefton is a leading consultant in leadership, management, organization development, succession planning, and sales. Since earning his Ph.D. at Washington University, he has worked as a consultant with many 
Fortune 500 companies, and has served on the faculty of Washington University, The Motorola Executive Institute, the ALCOA Executive Institute, and CEO International, Inc. He also works extensively with families in business.
As one of the original developers of Dimensional Training®, he has conducted seminars for, and consulted with, several hundred leading corporations in the United States and Europe.
Lefton earned his undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees at WashU. He is the author of five books and serves on the advisory boards of Drury Hotels, Schnuck Markets, Koch Development, and The Republic of Tea.
