On April 18, The Wells Fargo Advisors Center for Finance & Accounting Research (WFA-CFAR) kicked off its first Breakfast Series gathering. The event featured “Olin Award” winning research, “Optimal Duration of Executive Compensation: Theory & Evidence.” The research authors include Professors Radha Gopalan, Todd Milbourn, and Anjan Thakor. The breakfast gathering was comprised of WFA-CFAR members, students, and faculty. Professor Gopalan kicked off the conversation, Rock Foster shared with the audience how this research can be applied to business, and PhD candidate Johan Morgan provided thoughts on additional implications of the research.
