More than 200 students from the full-time MBA Program and the Specialized Masters Programs (SMP) attended the Graduate Business Student Association (GBSA) club fair (also called, Student Activity Fair) at Olin Business School on Friday, Sep 4, 2015. The club fair served as a platform for students to interact with leaders of more than 30 clubs at Olin. This was also a chance for club leaders to talk about their club agendas, as well as share their club event calendar for the year.
This year’s fair witnessed several non-GBSA clubs in attendance, for example, several Washington University-affiliated clubs, and a couple St. Louis-wide clubs sent their leaders to interact with Olin students. This opens up opportunities for Olin students to collaborate with larger groups and audiences in future.
More than anything else, the fair was a celebration of diversity at Olin. The clubs at Olin not only reflect the various career choices open to students, but also the diverse array of cultures and backgrounds represented by Olin students.
