Byman was recently called to testify at the Joint Subcommittee Hearing (Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation, and Trade, Subcommittee on the Middle East and North Africa) regarding the subject “The Terrorist Threat in North Africa: Before and After Benghazi”.
