Lunch and Learn with Julie Praiss, Supply Chain at Boeing, on Tuesday, April 5th
Olin Women in Business and the Weston Career Center are excited to welcome Julie Praiss from Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)
Julie is currently the Vice President of Commodities & Services Contracting team for the Supplier Management function within BDS. Julie has 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with experience at Boeing, Monsanto, and Ford. She is a fellow Olin MBA, and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan. Speaker series featuring Dr. Amy Kilbourne on Wednesday, April 6th
Dr. Amy Kilbourne is visiting Washington University on April 6 as part of the Institute for Public Health’s Women Leaders in Public Health Lecture Series. Dr. Kilbourne’s focus is on interventions designed to improve mental health, and she’s a leading expert in implementation science and quality improvement.
Her talk is titled “Leading 360: Giving it All and Giving Back in a Changing World.” She will focus on her career path and offer advice and details about being a women in leadership in the realm of healthcare and health research.
The talk will take place on Wednesday, April 6th in Hillman Hall room 120 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm. More information can be found here.
