Working from the company’s London offices, she focuses on supplying high-quality fuel and lubricants to airports, airlines, corporate jet operators, and flying clubs around the world. A Florida native, she started her career as a chemical engineer at Monsanto and Solutia. One thing she would advise business students to do is take chances. “Many of us have the opportunity to be very safe in our careers,” she says, “but what has made the difference for me is to go to those places where you can really make a difference if you have a bit of risk tolerance.”
